The office has a core of permanent staff and
carefully uses contract staff for specialty project tasks. This has proven an effective and efficient methodology and keeps the running costs of a commercial office to a minimum.
The office at Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast has modern facilities including 3D computer modeling, wide format printing, library and conference areas.
Client / Architect Agreement
Archicology Architects assess each project on its merits and set fees according to size, complexity and level of service required.
A formal agreement will clearly state services in:
STAGE 1: Design, Ideas & Planning
Conceptual Plan, Schematic Design
STAGE 2: Design Resolution & Documentation Design Development Contract Documentation
STAGE 3: Construction Administration Tendering & Negotiating Contract Administration (Construction) Post-Construction Administration.
Client / Builder Contracts
Archicology Architects can match builders to projects and help negotiate a final construction price.
Preferred contracts are by the Australian Building Industry Council (ABIC), which were developed by the Australian Institute of Architects and the Masters Builders Association.
